1. Provide 5.25" x 3" [ 133mm x 76mm] cutout at

location Power Base will be mounted.

2. Attach Power Base to surface from underside using 6

screws (not included) as shown in Figure 1.

 



3. Connect power cables as shown in Figure 2.

4. Connect data jacks, if provided, as needed.




